Craig has more than thirty-five years experience in Multi-line Property & Casualty Insurance Operations. Fowler’s experience includes Information Technology, Planning and Analysis, Claims, Billing and Underwriting. He has been a sought after conference keynote speaker and seminar or workshop instructor. He specializes in inspirational speaking, and leadership, coaching and mentoring. He mixes a strong sense of humor with a homespun story-telling ability that engages audiences of all sizes and interests.
Craig’s “Jewels in your Crown” theory of people development is a lifelong credo. His passion for inclusive human behavior is an integral part of JiYC™ programs to enhance and preserve the learning experience.
Over the years Craig has put his practices to work in coaching sports, leading two different church congregation councils, sharing his leadership skills with non-profits, community colleges and civic organizations such as the United Way, Salvation Army, or Private Industry Councils.
Craig connects with people and helps others explore their inner self to bring out the jewels in everyone. Craig’s strength is revealed in his faith and in the diversity of his thoughts. He continues to be involved with persons with disabilities, finding ways to ensure access to software and hardware is made available to co-workers and the disenfranchised.
